How to Apply for a School Place at Hansfield ETSS
Hansfield ETSS is using paper application forms. Parents and guardians should complete the correct form for the year their child wishes to join.

How to apply
- Choose the correct form using the table above.
- Complete the paper form, providing all the information requested.
- Include any documents requested on the form.
- Return your application to the office by following the instructions on the form. Check any relevant closing date before submitting it.
- If you receive an offer, accept or reject the offer.
- If you accept the offer, please complete the Acceptance Form to complete the process.
Please note that only forms returned to the school office will be accepted.

Autism Special Class (AS)
